I had a few legal questions concerning my husband’s family. Mr Shutt was very knowledgeable and very accommodating in answering our questions. I have used him in the past for wills and probated wills and he’s reasonable in price. He and his staff are always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend him.

Ana Pace is responsive, knowledgeable, and a great listener. On short notice She worked me into her schedule. She took the time to understand the unique issues I faced and developed options that provided updated estate documents that have given me peace of mind as I prepare for surgery. Great attorney

My parents asked me to find an attorney to update their estate planning documents, so we scheduled a 30-min consultation with Ana. After speaking with my mom, it turned out that many of her original documents were outdated and did not meet their current needs. We landed on re-drafting their pour-over wills and their powers of attorney and adding amendments to their existing revocable trust to include a Special Needs trust for a disabled family member, which protects her current benefits. In addition, there were other documents that are "standard" (Physicians Directive and Disposition of Remains) that I was able to bring in and have her and her colleagues witness - saving us even more money. My father is 90 years old and hard of hearing so she had to repeat herself sometimes but she was so patient with him and my mom - using language they could understand and never rushing them. Due to this, our appointment lasted a lot longer than she anticipated but she stayed late on a Friday in order to make sure they were completely taken care of. My parents loved her and we intend to send all our family members to her from now so that she can handle all their estate planning needs. She was more than fair in her pricing and her services and time were worth every penny and more. Professional, courteous, friendly, respectful - just everything you want in an attorney.

I definitely will use them in the future and I will refer others. Top notch service.

I was so pleased with Ana Pace today. I don't usually write business reviews, but I phoned the Shutt Law Firm late this afternoon, since I wanted a consult with a probate attorney (and the Shutt Law Firm had numerous positive reviews already). I had several questions the probate process and whether I needed to retain an attorney. I was surprised that anyone even answered the phone, since it was very late in the afternoon. However, Ana Pace not only answered all my questions, but actually explained everything that I had questions about in a way that I clearly understood what she was explaining.
