Isaac was friendly and knowledgeable about Texas estate law. He gave his professional advice in a complimentary 30-minute consult. Although we went over the allotted time, he was not rushed and allowed the meeting to end after all concerns were addressed.

I contacted attorney Isaac Shutt about my wife that is mentally incapacitated and kidnapped by her family and taken out of Texas. Mr. Shutt was knowledgeable attorney on the issue of adult guardianship issues. Mrs. Pace and Mr. Shutt was able to file my case with the court within days although all other businesses were closed during the ice storm and blackouts. The case was difficult due to jurisdiction issues but Mr. Shutt and Mrs. Pace his co-council persevered through the complexities. Working with Mr. Shutt and Mrs. Pace was reassuring because they worked as a team to help me and my wife. They are a very reputable, knowledgeable and honest law firm and I will recommend them to my friends and families. Mr. Shutt and Mrs. Pace will be the first place I go for my legal needs and questions. I am very thankful to have found them.

We were able to get an appointment within a few days. Ava was our lawyer and asked many questions in order to make sure our documents covered exactly what we needed. Due to her experience, she took us beyond what we asked for to insure our wishes would hold in court. Her pricing was very fair, and actually less than we figured. My mother passed away in January 2021 and I was in need of a lawyer to probate her will. I did not know where the will would need to be probated since she had just moved to the Dallas area. She was able to explain everything and help me understand what steps were needed and what would be involved. She filled out all of the necessary paperwork and filed the will for probate. When it came time for the court date, she reviewed the questions that would be asked and not to worry things would go just fine. The Zoom meeting with the Judge went quickly and with no issues.
