Update after second experience I had a very poor experience working second time. It was almost as if I was working with a very different person this time. The attorney blamed me for not providing enough details without providing template of the document or going through questionnaire (a client can't know what options exist or how the document would be worded) and was unhappy to make minor change to the document. The attorney wouldn't even send me the final doc without explicit ask. Appointments for in person visitation were only on Wed and far out in future. The only reason for 2-star as opposed to 1-star is previous good experience where I gave 5 -stars. Latest experience deserves 0-star. Original review I had a great experience working with attorney Morgan Hill on my estate planning and deed. She patiently answered all my questions (and I had a lot) and guided me to make suitable choices throughout the process. Her process was simple yet effective thereby ensuring that I didn't have to spend any more time than necessary (I have seen daunting to read information gathering documents from another attorney for the same matter). I am glad Morgan was on my case.

Sometimes legal representation is needed. I recommend Warren & Migliaccio, LLP. They helped my loved one work through a legal issue after he became ill and their response was FAST. Their results were FAST. They can achieve in 1 day what you can’t alone after weeks. Kristin was a very thorough and knowledgeable advocate and legal advisor. Much more effective than the help I tried to provide. You will save time and money with this firm.

When I attempted to schedule an appointment with the lawyer, I was initially encouraged to meet with a legal assistant instead, citing a shorter wait time. Despite this, I opted for an appointment with the lawyer, which was arranged for a day later. However, on the day of the appointment, I experienced significant delays. After being placed on hold for approximately five minutes, I was informed that the lawyer was occupied and would call me back. When the call finally came, it was 25 minutes past the scheduled appointment time, and the line quality was poor. Upon calling back as requested, I was forwarded to the lawyer, who failed to answer the call. This experience has left me concerned about the integrity of the firm's practices, as it appears to prioritize profit over client service.
