I truly am impressed at not only how professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and thorough the Tyler Pennington law firm was but also by how they made us feel that our case was a top priority. I spent a lot of time thinking about how I was going to write this a couple of weeks ago. My review would have echoed what many have already said here. And that is, while it took a while for our case to make its way through the process, our attorney was by our side the entire time. Handling a custody case during the height of covid was no easy task. It involved many emails, phone calls etc. That being said, we readied for our first hearing with the judge and Ms. Ibarra knocked it clear out of the park. I mean, she brought the lumber. Whatever cliche you can think of for the utmost professionalism, client care, and knowledge of the law, she exceeds. As negotiations regarding visitation went ultimately to a mediator, Daniella clearly outclassed her opposing counsel by knowing the laws in Texas, offering reasonable counteroffers, and then clarifying the order until it was signed by the presiding Judge. But here's where it gets even better. After the order was signed, we received a copy of the final order and proceeded on as if that would be the prevailing document. Only to have opposing counsel file a motion afterwards to change custody. As a non-lawyer I immediatley googled what the motion meant because we had already closed out our account with Daniella. Shortly thereafter, she returned our call and was willing to take this case back up on our behalf. Let me say that again, she had already closed this out and returned our retainer. She was under zero obligation to do anything. But she did. While I hope to never need a lawyer regularly if I did or someone I know did, I would not hesitate to call Pennington Law. If you think I sound too good to be true, message me, I'll tell it to you the same way.

Tyler has been my lawyer for a few years and recently assisted me with a court case dismissal. This was a tough case and Tyler did an excellent job representing me. Did not file quadro and lost $15,000 because of it

Jessica decided to quit practicing law in the middle of my case in order to spend more time with her family.. She gave me 24 hours notice to decide if I would like Tyler to be my replacement attorney. Then about 2 weeks went by and I couldn't get anyone to answer an email or return a phone call. When I spoke with Taylor from their office on the phone she told me Jessica might have strep throat and wasn't able to answer emails but didn't offer any reason for Tyler not to be in contact. I had to find a new lawyer. But Pennington kept half my retainer.

Tyler refused to take my case because I had changed attorneys before approaching him. He didn’t even give me a chance to explain the rationale. Avoid because he obviously has no intention of helping people and just wants an easy case to make quick money. They didn’t even offer to explain any items in my case that were of concern - completely unprofessional. The woman who informed me was extremely condescending and rude about it as well - so disappointing, and clearly reflects the level of service I would have received.
