I am so thankful for Tyler and his team. Having known Tyler before my divorce I knew his work ethic and turned to him when my ex and I decided to get divorced. We chose to mediate everything and agreed to terms prior to hiring Tyler, but we needed help with the legal side of everything. There is no way we could have drafted, agreed to and submitted our divorce without him. Tyler and his team helped us through the entire process and because of that our daughter has 2 happy parents who don't hate each other and agreed to terms that were best for her. Absolutely recommend and will be using in the future for any legal documents I might need.

Tylerr took our money and completely dropped the ball. He let the opposing lawyer write the findings which were changed horribly. This was after he put us in front of a commissioner that didn’t have anything to do with our case. . He then attempted to justify it which leads me to believe it was premeditated. Tyler is so arrogant I’m not even sure if he knows the effect he had in my family‘s lives. Hopefully a lawsuit or disciplinary action Will enlighten him. I wouldn’t trust Tyler any further than I could throw him. He’s an arrogant little man.

I have to say first off I really like Jessica and she seemed like a good attorney on my side But when she went to court to represent me (I was told I did not need to come and other responsibilities and traffic made it nearly impossible) But then was told that in court she did not fight to even change what they went for Is now dumping me before trial - Assistant didnt tell me for 2 dumps she was supposed to tell me I owed. They let my debt get up to $1900 before really pushing Now Jessica has already filed or petitioned to not be my attorney within a few weeks and my debt is $2200 Its not right

Mr. Pennington is hands down the best attorney I have had the honor to work with on my case. He is detail oriented, focused, and not afraid to be aggressive when needed. To say he is knowledgeable is an understatement, he knows the law well and is able to explain it to the layman. He is wise enough to know when measured action is the best route. He was referred to me by 2 other colleagues as someone who would be good for my case. My case being one that was unusually involved, was underrepresented in the past, and had significant CPS involvement. He is able to quickly see through the BS and can quickly identify cluster B personality types. For a single mom dealing with a manipulative and abusive ex with a young child in the midst - he was a godsend. I recommend him to anyone needing quality representation in family law.
