Everyone at the Round Rock office is wonderful. Roberto helped me with my car accident case. They were professional, responsive, and thorough. I would highly recommend anyone in this office if you are seeking legal help.

In 2014 I was hit by another vehicle in a parking lot as a pedestrian which cause an open fracture of my lower left Tibia. I was unable to work and contacted a law firm in killeen which took my case. There were multiple complications regarding witnesses and police reports and to further complicate matters the driver was being difficult for anyone to contact. My lawyer THEN shared the case with a second law firm (the Carlson Law Firm) which had to back track and catch back up to what was going on 4 years after the fact. Roberto Flores and Andrea Alvarez contacted me when they had information to keep me up to date and did a great job picking up the case after so much time had passed. They BOTH also took time to answer questions that I had about issues that arose regarding the insurance companies that were involved. All in all they made it simple enough for me that all I ended up doing was signing and notarizing documents as they were needed. You would do well to have Roberto Flores and Andrea Alvarez helping you regarding any legal issues!

I had a family case with the OAG against me facing jail time and after consulting with Cheryl and her assistant Neyda, I was reassured everything would be ok. Cheryl handled my case and I didn't even have to go to court at all. Everything was handled sooner than I expected it. My case was closed and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them.

My daughter and I were in a car wreck, that was not my fault. Luckily we both were not seriously injured. However there were hospital/doctor visits and when the bills started coming in, I realized how overwhelming it all was. A family friend recommended The Carlson Law Firm, I was not sure about hiring an attorney but after meeting with them and it not costing any money up front, I thought it’s worth a try even to have part of the bills paid off. Carlson Law took all the stress and paperwork off of me and jumped right in. Francisco and Roberto were very helpful during this whole process, they always answered all my questions and gave me updates via email and phone calls. They were always very prompt at returning my messages and would always take the time to explain the information provided so that someone without a law degree could understand. I made two visits to their office during this entire process, to meet them and to pick up my settlement check!!! Also with the help of, Vernon, my 8 year old daughter also received a settlement check that she will get when she is 18. He made the process of getting her check deposited with the court very simple, he walked me through the entire process. Everyone exceeded my expectations, as well as exceeded my expectations with the amount of money we received in both our settlements and I would recommend The Carlson Law firm to anyone that has been in a wreck and should I never be in one again (hope not) I would definitely use them!!
