I would like to thank Mrs. Powell for handling my family's Will and Trust. She greeted me and my husband...and...made us feel like we were important. Mrs. Powell took the time to address our many concerns. She was very patient and guided us throughout the entire process. Conducting herself in a professional manner. As well as, providing honest and realistic advice. Her thoroughness was greatly appreciated. We had a positive experience with Cheryl and I would recommend her to my family and friends.

I contacted Atty Powell to assist me on a CPS case in regards to my son. The court appointed atty the courts assigned was HORRIBLE. I went in for a consultation and left feeling like they simply wasted my time. The lawyer I spoke with had only tried three personal injury cases he admitted. Not the sharpest tool in the shed... he seemed to be hung up on proving liability when I kept telling him over and over I have a dash cam video that proves everything. He simply couldn't seem to remember this throughout the conversation and I had to keep reminding him. Waste of time. Thank you for convincing me to file a lawsuit in small claims court myself. I'll take my chances with my own ineptitude.

May 2017 I had a car wreck my air bags did not deploy due to faulty Dakata air bag, i called Carlson law firm spoke to Bronzay De La Cruz who took my info,I sent emergency hospital visit and car insurance documentation photographs of my dodge challenger that was destroyed in the wreck,June 2018 Bronzay De La Cruz  send me a letter that said the Judge over the case dismissed my case because My airbag did not exployed there's nothing they can do even though there was a lawsuit in a settlement from Dakata..

The communication was swift along with keeping me up to date with my case. If I had a question or concerns, I felt comfortable calling or emailing and I would typically get a response that day. My elderly mother sustained an injury while visiting me out of state. Even though she returned home months later, Garrett Leger was one of the best legal assistant I could have ever asked for. My mother always speaks highly of the staff. She felt like they genuinely cared about her situation, answered her questions and kept her informed of the status of her case. Jaime Lynn and his assistant Garrett Leger were both great, nice and easy to work with. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is because it took over 2 1/2 years to settle my case. I would still highly recommend them and will use them again if necessary.
