I would just like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to Attorney Jones. It was very comforting to know that through difficult times, I had someone I could trust. I remember the first time meeting him. He stated to me “we will get through this”. We did get through it and he was helpful on each step. Would I highly recommend him? – YES!

Renee Kuhl is very knowledgeable about family law also she will fight tooth and nail to help/ get what you ask for. She helped me protect my baby girl and still is helping with whatever I need. I was in the midst of a not so great custody battle with domestic violence complications. Once I felt it was more than I could handle pro se, I set out and went to every free and not so free consultation at firms that I could. I found myself not happy with those I met with, and Carlson law firm was actually the last one I went to. I knew as soon as I spoke with Neyda that she understood what I was going through and dealing with and I immediately called my husband and told him I wanted to retain. They did a wonderful job of taking care of all the technicalities and being a strong and intelligent voice for that I could not and wouldn't begin to know how to do on my own. Renee represented me at my final hearing, and we won most of our requests. She is very professional and also has a professional yet personal level of sympathy towards her clients. All my emails and questions were always answered quickly. I'm glad these women understood what I was asking for and faught hard to make it happen for the sake of my daughter. It is one decision I will not regret and I'm glad I went with my gut and chose this firm.

At first Ms. Powell seemed competent to represent me, but I found out a short time later that she would fail to provide very key services that she agreed to provide. She took a $1000.00 deposit from a relative and said that the rest would be taken later. She never charged the card for the additional funds for the deposit. I was lied to several times. Even though I asked for a sit down meeting, she only met with me one time on a sidewalk because she was in a hurry. Her lack of communication hindered my case. She seldom answers the phone or returns phone calls. Emails goes for days without a response and she often would just ignore questions that I asked of her. I personally delivered my discovery documents to her, but when I asked for them to be returned or a time and date for me to retrieve them, she stalled for 6 weeks before she put them in the mail. (Which I still have not received) Even though she stated that she was one of my two attorneys, she never filed that with the court. The last time she said that she would arrange for me to retrieve my property, I heard nothing from her on that Friday, all day Saturday and finally on Sunday afternoon, she emailed me that she quit due to lack of communication. This was less than 72 hours prior to court. She says that I still owe her for the additional $1000.

I used The Carlson Law Firm for a car accident I was in in May of 2015. Everyone in the office was very helpful. The process was new and scary and they helped answer all of my questions. I felt like I was in good hands. I highly recommend this Law Firm if you are looking for someone to represent you. I am even using them again for another car accident I was in at the beginning of this year.
