I highly recommend Mr. Swayze- he definitely went above and beyond for me during my divorce. Very professional and he fights for you till the very end! Couldn’t have asked for a better divorce attorney then Mr. Swazye.

We had a complex case involving our grandchildren. We faced situations involving grand parent’s rights. It was a case that we thought was straightforward and we wouldn’t need an attorney. We were wrong about that. We were fortunate to find an amazing man who was there for our Grand Family through every phase. He offered genuine interest and expertise from get go. In court he rocked. He always had a professional demeanor and his character was above and beyond. The fees were fair and we have our grandchildren. We couldn’t ask for a better outcome.

Charged for driving to Hays County to file paperwork that was never filed. Overcharged for emails by $3,000. Basically did nothing to help but still got paid. Got offended when he was fired for not doing what he was paid for. Showed up for meetings hungover. All around bad experience with this guy.

I highly highly recommend Cliff. He is phenomenal. I have hired him twice to represent me. Both cases he fought extremely hard for me and released so much stress from my life. He has your best interest at heart and isn’t in this business for the wrong reasons. He is caring, friendly and an amazing attorney. My first case he got dismissed and dropped. My latest case started off as a huge criminal case, was possible jail time, probation and more. Because of Cliffs hard work it was dismissed with no consequences.
