Mr. Swayze was my attorney for a custody case, from the beginning he explained the process to me and what we could do to ensure my 12yr old son would remain in my custody and we did that exactly and more. My son will get the support he deserves and doesn't have to leave my side to get it. The choice in hiring Mr. Swayze was the best choice for my son and I. Thank you so much!!!

Cliff fought for my son and I in a very ugly custody suit and was available for me at all hours of the day. Cliff is of a very small group of attorneys, he has a strong moral code and ethics that he stands by. He not only won our case but still takes my calls on different issues and his advice is always very valuable.

Mr. Swayze was my lawyer for my divorce and custody battle. He was not only a great attorney but walked me through the process as we went and explained everything to me as we went. It was a long process and Cliff was always available to answer my questions or called me back as soon as he could. My case went so much better than I expected or understood because of his expertise and legal knowledge. I would 100% recommend him for divorce or custody battles.

I have called Mr Swayze's office on multiple occasions for a consultation and have not received a call back (even when I was told I would). One time Mr Swayze himself said he would call me back and never did. On another occasion I was sent to his voicemail, which was full and then left a message with the person who answered the phone and never received a call back. I called this office because of the reviews, and just thought people should know that it is not easy to get someone on the phone.

Cliff, has vast knowledge in family law and will protect your rights as a father. Cliff went to Travis County Ag Office court or aka "Kangaroo Court" spoke on my behalf and the end results were better than I could of ever envisioned or imgained. The AG lawyers would not listen to reason, and were trampling my rights. Hire Cliff and yall know the same results. Thanks again Cliff.

Well guys this is an awesome attorney. AG tried to stick it to me and make me pay $1,400.00 in child support plus no credit for additional medical insurance coverages. Hired Cliff and he produces results child support below what I envisioned, better results too in Kangaroo Court aka AG court in Travis County, Texas. Well worth the money will fight for your rights.
