I trust Mr. Josh Culp as my lawyer because 1) he knows TX law and has the experience of what works in court (a requirement) and 2) he has an easy communication style that feels like I am talking with family (a huge plus!).

Going through a custody battle is not anything I would want anyone to go through. BUT if you have to, you gotta hire Josh Culp! He was my attorney for a custody and property division and our overall process was about a year and a half. He was extremely patient with me, answered everyone of my questions, he honestly looked out for me and provided his honest and professional opinion. After the long battle on this momma (full of anxiety and stress) court went in my favor! I can not thank Josh enough for everything he has done for me and my baby boy.

Rude on the phone.

I hired Josh for a difficult and emotional custody modification. My previous interactions with lawyers left me reluctant and distrustful of lawyers. He was very understanding, patient, and diligent while dealing with a distrusting client. He made me feel at ease and like i had an old friend helping me through a tough time and guiding me through the murky waters of family court. I can easily say he's been the best attorney I've ever hired.

This is my second experience with Lisa Richardson and her team. The fact that I returned a second time should speak for itself. My issues were both modifications to my existing divorce decree, and both outcomes were in my favor (unlike the attorney who handled my original divorce). Her handling of delicate issues was effective and thorough. Should the need arise in the future I will be reaching out to her again. I know she is capable and will handle things with competency and care.

I highly recommend the law office of Lisa Richardson. I have a divorce case that is wrapping up, and to say the least.
