The first word that comes to mind is EXCELLENCE! Scott was efficient, open and honest with all aspects of the proceedings I was to experience. There was a page availabe for me to report information, to ask questions, and to receive answers in a timely fashion, keeping you aware of what was happening. I'm still currently working with Ryan Deck on a current case of mine but, up to this point he has been nothing but helpful and responsive when it comes to answering my questions and doing what's necessary to make sure things go the way they need to.
