He was a very understanding and polite man, I really felt like he was making me a priority in handling my situation. He was very professional and always kept me in the loop about what was happening in my situation. He also takes financial status into account when trying to figure out the best way to help you, he won’t charge you tens of thousands like a lot of the other firms and there won’t be any surprise payment popping up down the road. Overall I believe this is the best lawyer in Tom Greene country, when it comes to affordability, skills and communication. Working with him was definitely an experience and he gave me affirmation that everything would pan out. Thank you so much Russell!

I reached out to Keith & Lorfing in 2022 when I received a case from a county I was not familiar with and they took on my case without hesitation. Although it took quite sometime to get the case settled I got a call from Mr. Lorfing himself to deliver the good news that my case had been dismissed. Russell Lorfing made my first experience with an attorney as smooth as possible. From our first phone call, Russell was always very understanding and empathetic to my case. Communication was never an issue, and his office was always punctual in regards to information I needed to know. Russell does a great job at being very upfront and honest about your options. Overall incredible person to work with who humanizes what can be a very demeaning process. He’s as confident as he is for a reason!

I paid this clown $7000 4 years ago and he has any thing for me. I filed a complaint with the Tx bar and now he will not represent me or give me my $$$$ back POS

We have only made an appointment with Mr. Brigman, but everyone we talked to was very polite and helpful. They answered our questions if they could and told us we would be talking to the attorney about the others. I was impressed with their kind efforts and their confidence in the attorney they work for. I hope he is as nice and as competent as his staff are. We met him and he proceeded to handle our case with skill and the knowledge in law that he has. He is extremely capable and an excellent attorney. He does exactly what he says he will do. He is very trustworthy. 5+ stars

I've never given a bad rating much less rate a place. But everytime this place comes up to be rated it sicken my stomach. This person shouldn't be an attorney to help any individual. My daughter never had even a speeding ticket much less a parking one. The point is she's never ever been in trouble. And instead of helping my daughter he threaten her and made her sign papers she didn't understand. And given 9 yrs

Everything was going great. Or so I thought. Communication was good. The price was good and I filled out all the lengthy packs of paperwork. I really got my hopes up thinking I would be taken care of by these wonderful people until today. I was told that Russell has a family emergency and will not take my case... Not only was that rude, but now I'm in a situation where I've lost out on time trying to finding a lawyer by NEXT WEEK. How nice of a business to do. I'm calling to get the invoice to pay and keep communication, and they're calling to say he changed his mind. Wow!!!I am highly disappointed. I understand things happen in life but you couldn't have referred me to someone else in your lawfirm.. You just decided all together to throw me and my case away without a second thought. I am not satisfied with the service whatsoever.
