Spend the money and get a good lawyer

I came into contact with Brian, when we made an offer on a house owned by a client of his. Brian handled all the negotiations like a pro whilst maintaining a very professional & courteous disposition at all times. You could tell he was a people person, but 100% committed to his client's best interest. During the close, our title company encountered some unusual obstacles preventing clear title, at which point Brian & I had to work together like we were on the same team, to circumnavigate and close. I feel like he was able to represent his client above all whilst also working with us, to achieve a common goal. Practical, fair, honest and knows his stuff. Judging by the other reviews, looks like a great attorney to consider if you are in the San Angelo areas.
