I needed an attorney and was told to reach out to Brian, he explained everything in a manner that made me feel he was fighting to help me every way he could. To put it nicely, He is an arrogant a$**ole.. Would never return phone calls or make appointments. He never stayed current on my case status. Was always late. Was a smart a$$ every chance he got. Made promises about my case and never followed through. He is expensive and good at what he does if he actually attempts to pay attention and show interest.

I paid mr stout 10 grand for a sexual assault on a child case. Sounds way worse then it was. This was 13 years ago, I was dating a 16yr old girl when I was 19 and her dad pressed charges on me. Mr Stout got it reduced to injury to a child , didn't have to register as sex offender and got probation. All n all he was alright

Will I be dealing with the problems which led me here!!! Randol Stout promised me that he would help me. And help is exactly what he did. When the D.A. tried to get me again for something else, Mr. Stout had me go in and do what needed to be done. Thanks to him, and his amazing team, I am free and home with my family! Without their help I would be in prison! There aren't enough words to say thanks!!!

Charged me a lot of money, made all kinds of promises thru the para-legal and then did nothing in court. Was not prepared with facts frm my case, not responsive to phone calls and wanted me to make new appt and pay additional retainer fee for issues relating to the case. He has also failed to keep me informed of agreement reached on an issue heard in court hearing and will not provide me a copy of the order that was filed.
