He fought for me until the bitter end where the judge had no choice but to dismiss my case due to his fierce determination to argue my innocence. I came across Monica after my arrest I had dwi for marijuana and was also on DACA which made choices extremely limited on what layer to go with. The moment I spoke with Monica she was very understanding of my situation and knew what she had to do never did she make false promises, she was always true to her self and her work which I admire, she managed to get my case dismissed after a long hard battle but completely worth it she is the best lawyer out here in my opinion. There are not enough words to say how great Monica is! I was in a bad situation with a history of several similar charges and not any hope for no jail time at all. I am a single mom of 3 teenage kids and I am also pregnant currently. Monica was completely honest and upfront with me about everything from the beginning. She worked tirelessly to plead my case to the DA and she never gave up to the very end. I feel so unbelievably blessed that Monica was my attorney and I truly believe she was sent to me for a reason. In the end I was given probation with no jail time. That is something from the start that the DA said they would absolutely not do no matter what but because of Monica’s tireless effort it was what they ended up giving me. I feel so very lucky and blessed that I am at home with my kids tonight and not pregnant in jail and it is totally because of Monica. I would recommend her to anyone!!!
