I am a clinical RN and a hospice nurse, and I guess sometimes a rather naïve senior citizen. It seems I had the simple misfortune of moving in next to some persons the likes of whom I had never encountered before, and was certainly not prepared for. The first thing I knew was that I was under multiple lawsuits, and that somehow even the District Attorney's office was involved, and that there were multiple allegations/charges against me, and active warrants out for my arrest. I was blessed to quickly find Shawn Brown's law firm, and Daphne Previti spoke with me multiple times that same night. She listened, assured and calmed me. It was like she could see right into the circumstances, and into the persons that had caused my circumstances. She had a plan, and I could tell that she knew what she was doing, and all I had to do was follow. First, we went through steps to make sure that I would not be unexpectedly picked up and arrested, and then it was like she enlisted her entire team to work hard and help with my case. They cared, guided me, and worked hard for me, and especially attorney William Salazar... like Daphne.. courteous, professional and confident. In a manner of just a few months, and without me ever even having to go to court, they had somehow managed to get the DA's office to Drop All Charges Against Me. Holy cow, and what an ordeal, and what a successful outcome for me, and I get my life back! Thank y'all sooo much. If there is ever anything that I can do for you, as you have done so much for me, I will do that. And PS: for those out there concerned about expenses, I have heard that good law firms and criminal defense cases can be very expensive, and maybe they can, but all I know is, guess what... they were Not for me. Legal problems are terrible, but I'm not quite so naïve anymore, so if you have any I can tell you this... What you want, and need, is good help that you know you can trust. I highly recommend this firm for criminal law. Bryan specifically helped me through the whole process. It was a 2-year long wait, but in the end, it was worth it. He was very easy to work with, spoke bluntly, and didn't sugar cost it. Did not mislead the outcome and said what he thought honestly. He kept it real with me and let me know what i was facing if convicted. He alway talked about my options and where it could possibly lead. I felt comfortable with this firm. I loved that they made me feel like it all was up to me and not telling me what to do. They had a payment plan for me as well. My cases were eventually dismissed and since expunged! Bryan is very knowledgeable in what he does, he also will listen to your ideas and how you feel it should be handled, he will advise and give his professional opinion. I trust this firm and Bryan very much and put my future all in their hands! You cannot go wrong with them!
