I hired Lynnelle to settle my father's estate. Although he died in the San Antonio area, he had only recently moved there and the rest of the family (including me) had never set foot in Texas, so we truly needed legal advice who was familiar with Texas probate law and was willing to work with us. Lynnelle and her staff were a pleasure to work with and very compassionate. They kept in constant communication and responded very quickly to my questions. Once drafted, she was not at all threatened when I asked if my trusted attorney friend in DC (who does estates in the District of Columbia), and my Fidelity brokerage team could look it over. My DC friend said that although TX law is vastly different from the laws in her jurisdiction, my documents were very clear. When we moved to Texas our UBS financial advisor recommended Lynelle to create a revocable trust for us. From the first interview through the final signing session, she was very engaging and professional. She went to great lengths to make sure that we understood our options and the consequences to our heirs. If we had known that the process would be this painless we would not have put off creating a trust as long as we did. My wife and I wanted to convert our estate from a will to a revokable trust. Ms Moore was recommended to me by a friend. I made contact with her and explained out needs. We needed the trust and potentially help with a special needs grandchild. She put a package together for me. I required that she run it through my accountant which she did. Equally she met with me and teleconferenced with my daughter spending a number of hours making clear any and all issues involved. She went out of her way to get the document finalized and explaining how to convert the assets to the trust. The work was completed in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. We needed the new wills and all the documents (Living Will, etc.) that go along with that. We were very very pleased. Lynnelle listened, advised, offered options when we said we did not want a trust. We had one issue we could not clear up, our fault not hers, and she has since reached out to us with a viable alternative which we can now move forward on. We strongly recommend.
