Lynelle and her staff were professional, efficient and completed all the tasks my wife and I needed to put together our wills, durable powers of attorney, medical directives, etc. All the basic paperwork the experts tell us we should all have to protect ourselves and our families.

Lynnelle was wonderful helping with a Guardianship for my Grandfather. Unfortunately I needed her for another Guardianship for my father about 5 years later. She responds and guided me through the Guardianship in the era of Covid (no easy feat). during discussions about my father's estate and planning we realized that my wife and I were making some of the same "lack" of planning that my father had done. Our family with the guidance of Lynnelle has gotten wills, and planning in place to make things much easier on our children. All a wonderful experience. She brought in other professionals when needed. Her fees were within reason especially for the effort involved. I will certainly use her in the future.

Lynnelle helped with a Guardianship with my grandfather more than 7 years ago. Unfortunately, I needed her help again with a Guardianship for my father. Her help and follow through especially during the Age of Covid was exceptional. During all those trials and tribulations I discovered and with Lynnelle's help corrected some problems with my fathers estate. Our family would have copied those mistakes but instead we got new wills and estate planning to make things much easier for our children. I cannot recommend Lynnelle more. Lynnelle Loke Moore's services were excellent. She quickly responded to our initial inquiry about her services and continues to guide us through our Estate Planning which included a special needs component. She keeps apprised of the current and upcoming law that will impact individuals with speical needs and their families. She also communicated well with our adult child with autism and other mental health issues. Because of her communication skills with individuals with special need, our son was able to clearly understand the document that were prepared for him. I recently contacted the Loke Moore law office to have some changes made to my estate. Due to some circumstances that resulted after the death of my wife and the sale of my home in San Antonio, my will required some changes in beneficiary designations to ensure my estate would be able to avoid probate upon my death. Ms. Loke Moore was very thorough and making sure all of my wishes were met during my telephone consultation and within a matter of two or three days I had my new will and a Lady Bird Deed for my new home signed, witnessed, notarized and filed.

Lynnelle was recommended to us by another law firm regarding the transfer of our daughters special needs Guardianship. She was professional yet personable. She was always prompt in getting back to us. Because of her, the transfer went exceedingly smooth. We will continue to use her on other family matters and highly recommend her.
