I was rear ended, nothing too serious, the owner reached out to me, explained what he could do and what his team was about. He assured me I would be taken care of. The firm didn't get in touch after taking case. I had to call them. They made more money than what was given to me. This was about 3 years ago. Perhaps they had a rookie that was assigned my case. To me, my case wasn't that important. I am glad other clients had better luck.
