I am a former Marine and current public servant with a family who suffered a Levoquin induced bicep tendon rupture, surgically repaired. I had to take a demotion to save my career. Beth Janicek got scared after some COVID case law didn't prove advantageous to my case. 3.5 years of legal process...for nothing. I rolled the dice on the wrong attorneys. It seemed my case was a training ground for a new attorney just passing the bar. The only settlement involved litigation fees to cover their expenses. I was ghosted after several emails asking why they settled for nothing. Choose your law firm wisely. Big names win. Should I EVER need a medmal suit again, I'm going with TJH or someone known. Best of luck to anyone reading this, but put your faith in other lawyers. The strength is not found here. Semper Fidelis.
