Hello, My name is Roger Carlos. I couldn't be happier about choosing Philip Bernal and my team of lawyers for my complex and difficult case. First of all, my case has many layers of complexity to it seeing that it's against SAPD officers that mistook me, on my family's property, for someone else they were chasing.
