When my father was very ill and before he passed away, I needed advice as to what I should do to get my father's estate in order. I came across Aldrich Law Firm and spoke to Serena. During Serena's free consultation, she was extremely helpful and made every effort to inform me of what I could do before my father passed and what to expect afterwards. When I needed Serena to complete and file paperwork for me, she did it promptly and professionally, charging a reasonable rate. My first encounter with an estate situation. Although some reviews of Serena seem positive, my experience was all but that. Not once during the 10 minute conversation did she offer her condolences. Not until several minutes after speaking I told her I was looking for advice and she responded " well you are getting advice". I chose to politely end the conversation and look elsewhere. That is unfortunate because reviews seemed positive.
