I can not say enough wonderful things about Mr. Aldrich and his family. He provided my family and I compassion, comfort, encouragement and wisdom through our whole lawsuit to handle my father's affairs after he passed. My experience with Russell was very unhelpful! I spoke with him about my grandmother's estate and everything I mentioned he act like he could be of no help and that was pretty disturbing to me cause when I spoke with Serena she was helpful and told me that if things did not go right with another attorney to call her but..I ended up that day with Russell!!!! I feel if you don't know what your doing when it comes to doing probate litigation then tell me don't act like I don't have a case!Then I told him to have Serena call me back and she never did but what they did do when Serena talked to my sister was tell her it would take 40 thousand dollars to litigate our simple case!!!Why lie then try and cheat people out of money especially when you knew first hand that is what the executor of our grandmothers estate was doing!!!!!!

We were needing a San Antonio probate lawyer after a friends father died without a will. I have much more experience dealing with legal situations than my friend, so I gladly accompanied her to find a remedy to her legal dilemma. This was the 2nd probate attorney we met with and we thought he was really knowledgeable and understanding of our rather complex situation that involves 4 other children that were adopted in th 1960's. He suggested an avenue that the other attorney failed to mention. I would highly recommend meeting with him to discuss different options in the probate process. You always want to get 2 opinions regarding a legal situation and I'm glad we chose him as one of them.

I hired Serena to probate my father's will. The will would have been straightforward but had some glitches in it that included a date discrepancy. The other issue was a property that had been previously "sold" but in a way that was not properly legal, so that the sale documents had to be redone correctly. Serena knew exactly what was needed and got it all resolved. I was very happy with her expertise and patience in explaining things. She is both professional and personable and I would not hesitate to hire her again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about Russell Aldrich. I had the honor of meeting Mr. Aldrich in 2012. We unexpectantly lost our oldest son. He was 22 and passed away without a will.
