Great experience with Matthew! He was prompt and responsive when we had to get things done also he was very efficient!

We rented a home in San Antonio, prior to the rental and written on the rental application we designated (and informed real estate agents, rental company etc.) that we were having a puppy breed for us which we would acquire within 2 months. Upon receiving the puppy, the home owner and rental company stated we could not have said puppy (a hypoallergenic gentle breed dog). We contacted Mr. Obermeier and after him reviewing our lease agreement, he saw we were in the right. He wrote a professional yet no so nice letter to all parties and the situation was rectified within the week. We were allowed to keep our dog. I cannot day enough good things about him, responsive and actionable!!! GETS THE JOB DONE QUICKLY!!!

I have used Mr. Obermeier twice within the past month in set up of a business entity and a question about an easement with property we are purchasing. He has been excellent in responding back to me and answering questions. When I had originally reached out to him, he had returned an email after business hours and communication has always been exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and has been excellent to work with.
