The worst atty and law firm out there, my opinion! Matt Obermeier made me homeless...he colluded with the Plaintiffs despicable atty, because he said, "I really, really like their atty" in a slimy disgusting way. He refused to write a brief, refused to prepare for trial, gave me wrong legal advice and missed a deadline! IT WAS A RETALIATORY EVICTION, SLAM DUNK, I HAD NEVER BEEN LATE WITH MY RENT, NO LEASE VIOLATIONS, NOTHING. I CONTACTED HUD DUE TO DISCRIMINATION AND FRAUD...AS MY RIGHT. I WAS PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED, HARASSED (WHICH HE WAS SUPPOSE TO HELP FILE A LANDLORD HARASSMENT SUIT AS WELL AS THE RATALIATORY EVICTION. HE IS DISGUSTING!! IN MY OPINION AND FROM MY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING CONDESENDING, UNETHICAL EXCUSE FOR AN ATTY! I was told by several other attys that he is bad news and practices DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES BY HAVING THE ONE STAR REVIEWS REMOVED AND REPLACING THEM WITH FIVE 5 STAR REVIEWS! HE TOLD ME IF I REMOVED MY 1 STAR REVIEW, HE'D GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK....HOWEVER HE LIED ABOUT THAT TOO! HE HAS COST ME THOUSANDS OF $$$ NOT TO MENTION THE STRESS, HUMILIATION,. I also read a review about one of his partners that had done the same thing. BEWARE! SAVE YOU MONEY AND TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER FIRM...MY OPINION!! MATT YOU ARE DISGUSTING AND FOUND OUT YOU RUINED ANOTHER CASE ….MOTION FOR SANCTIONS!

I initially called the number listed about 3 weeks ago and to my surprise Matthew was the one who answered. I could tell he was busy, yet he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. When I told him my business partner and I couldn’t meet with him because we’re stationed outside of Texas he said “no problem email me the purchase agreement you want me to review when you get it. I’ll take care of you.” From day 1 Matthew was very professional and honest. I would recommend Matthew to any of my family and friends. And the next time I need documents to be reviewed, he’s going to be the first attorney I call!
