Derek Emmons is the absolute best. So professional, straightforward which I love he gets right to the point! He does everything he can me, I’ve hired him a handful of times and has never let me down and or family. I recommend him 100% to others in need of a good lawyer. He keeps in touch, answers phone calls, if not he calls back and texts. All in all he is a great guy, so good at what he does and I won’t be doing with anyone else! He’s does it all, you don’t be disappointed!

Derek Emmons is a great attorney! I hired him to help a friend of mine with a sensitive felony case….he was brutally honest about all possible outcomes so my friend was fully aware of possible charges and sentencing guidelines, etc. My friend agreed to put his life in Derek’s hands and Derek successfully worked through the details of the case resulting in the charges being dropped! AN ABSOLUTE GODSEND! My husband was accused of a very serious crime by his sister and niece about 5 years ago. After being pulled over in his home state of Utah was informed of these charges and was transferred to Texas and incarcerated for almost a year without any bond or seeing a judge. After finally seeing a judge informed her of the details and she immediately said she was going to assign him a good attorney that would help him. THANK GOD SHE DID ...he was finally offered a bond and was able to get out. Unlike the other attorneys he did not try to convince him to take a plea deal and actually advised him he shouldn't. Mr. Emmons always kept us informed, fought endlessly with the DA's and continued to support my husband and his innocence. Even though my husband does not have the best record he listened to him and supported him in every way possible. After all the years of stress and court appearances he was able to get the case dismissed and could not wait to tell us face to face which meant the world. I could go on and on about the endless blessings this man has done for us but there is not enough room to do so. I will always refer everyone to him and will continue to keep him as our attorney although hopefully we will not need to. THANK YOU, MR. Mr. Emmons is by far the best at what he does, got a dismissal which we thought was impossible due to our unique circumstances, but he did it! Always kept us up to date of what may or may not happen & could contact with ease if there was any concerns, so if you need an attorney I definitely recommend Mr. Emmons!

About 2 years ago I was falsely accused of a crime, “interfering with an emergency phone call”.
