During my initial conversation with Marc, I was motivated to move forward with the guarantee that I would be fully refunded if it were determined that he could not help with my case, and that I would not experience the lack of communication that turned me away from my previous counsel. I have not received a call back from you all that was promised over a month ago, for a task that seems like it should be fairly simple; further, I’ve received no reply from the many messages sent in your portal. I am no longer confident that this office has the capability of handling my case and will not remit further payment, until I am able to discuss my case with Marc, whom I’ve heard nothing from since our original conversation. This is not acceptable, and I need a specific plan of action and timeline, prior to moving forward. I expect to be contacted prior to the end of next week, in order to discuss further, before exploring next steps in actions to receive my money back due to services that have not been rendered. You all have my information, I’ll put no further effort in making contact with you, as it is your responsibility to keep ME informed. Thank you.
