I highly recommend Mr. Graves. He listened intently and presented facts from his wealth of knowledge and years of experience that applied in my case to truly explain the reality of the outcome - with a possibility of no financial gain. He is truly an honorable person and a breath of fresh air. I also would like to commend his assistant, Carmen. She was a wonderful combination of professionalism and kindness.

I was blown away. I was told to pay upfront for my bankruptcy I did then I had hard time getting in contact with the attorney for months. I kept call ing etc. I was told it was because of the attorney's family emergency her father was ill. This became the cause every time especially when i asked for the last thing a statement of charges it was oh well im leaving for day dads sick but somehow i did receive them that day. I am a very compassionate person I was filing BK because my 14 year old son was shot in the head and died in 2017. I completely understand family emergency however if i am paying for a service at some point there has to be a response etc. 3 months into the BK I lost my vehicle even though I was told my chapter 13 was in the system I never got a court date. Went to a different lawyer was told the attorney missed the court date and then never filled the schedules for the 13. Now I am carless and tried to go to a dealership to get a car was told no because BK is on my credit for 7 years even though I never truly filled. SO DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. I had to beg for a statement of charges because I was told I couldnt' get my money back. I am being penalized for BK for the next 7 years for 1 month of BK protection so I do NOT recommend this law firm as that wasn't explained to me either.

Never finished my case not helpful it's been years and still nothing. The only reason that I went with him is cus my work recommended him to me. Its been years I haven't heard from him and nothing on my case.

I was fortunate enough to be referred to Atty Graves by another top defense attorney in San Antonio. Mr. Graves has been my attorney for the past 12 years and is one of the most intelligent, experienced and honest attorneys anywhere. He truly cares about his clients and works extremely hard to give them the very best defense possible. He is hard working, professional, caring & friendly. In my case that meant a complete dismissal of charges for my son who was charged with alleged theft. The second case was the release of my 18- year old grandson who was being held in jail at the US border by border checkpoint /immigration officials. Mr Graves went down the same day I called him and came back with my grandson the same day. The third case was obtaining a good financial support for another grandson. The fourth was doing something the Attorney General had not been able to do - locate my grand daughter's deadbeat father, and obtain support through the Court. Mr. Graves had two other previous cases he handled successfully and in my grandson's favor which I cannot recall at the moment . How do you put a price on all that? Mr. Graves is not just a top- drawer attorney and a man of integrity, but also a great friend. Hopefully, I won't get into anymore situations where I would need a lawyer for myself or my family members but if I did, I would hire him in a heartbeat. Thank You Steve Graves!
