This review is going towards, Richard Breque. LI, whom is with Graves Law Firm. And I can not give Any stars! My first appointment down there was Aug. 9, 2016. Due to an automobile accident my daughter and her friend/passenger in countered since July 18th. And getting the run around from the other person's insurance. I felt I needed to get a lawyer. Well after Several visits and patiently waiting, we were told November 1st, by R Breque that the other insurance had closed the case and refused to re-open. So apparently while I was patiently waiting, he was doing Nothing. Why else would the other insurance close this. Of course he wouldn't admit this but well, what would you think? And when I told people at work and our regular customers, that is Exactly what everyone else would say. My daughter had received a voice message from Breque in late October saying he had been trying to get a hold of her, but she had No missed calls or emails from him. This call was just to make Another appt. to let us know how f'd we were. So now we are still without a good vehicle but also still having monthly payments taken out for a vehicle that was totalled. And now on our own to see if I can get my insurance to help me pay off this vehicle after paying 500$ deductible we will have to get a loan for.

Mr. Graves took on my case in 2014. He stood by my side, and knew that the DA was being hard on me and we could do better and win if we took it to trial. So for 14 months we tried to take the case to trial, Mr. Grave held his grow and my position in the case and they tried to make us settled. Final this week we got our trial, the offer changed but still wasnt the best we could get so we stood firm and as the jury came out , the DA crack and give us what we were asking. To be honest i wanted to take a plea 15 months ago but Mr grave said it wasnt in mybeat interest and we should fight. So for 21 months Mr Grave fought for me and i got exactly what i wanted. Couldn't have dont it with out him! I would highly recommend Graves law firm.

Mr. Graves was extremely helpful after my car accident. He took care of me and helped me get my medical expenses paid. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a good attorney.

Mr. Graves helped me in the case with my landlord .I was paying his other attendants utilities that were in the same property. He would charge hes other tenants all bills paid while there was only 1 meter connected to the house I lived at. He threatened to throw me out of this house if I didn't pay the utilities for his other tenants he was charging his other tenants all bills paid but I was paying for everybody's light and water. 12 different families in one year and a half and keeping their deposits. This 12 different families lived in the same house I lived at. people had to move out of there due to $1000 CPS bills this landlord ruin peoples rental history and people now have high CPS bills due to his landlord. Mr graves was very aggressive in court. He did an excellent job in court in representing me and giving me justice and teaching this landlord a lesson of stealing from people. I'm very satisfied with he's legal services he provided for me and my family. And thanks to Mr. Graves until this day he's not allowed to rent out this house and steal from people anymore.
