She was able to guide us to get my husband's green card renewed when USCIS was asking for more evidence and I had no idea what to send them. So thankful when we got the approval weeks after the evidence arrived and didn't have to interview again.

My home is my castle. When looking for a lawyer to help me with a legal matter on my home I was cautious and skeptical. After taking the leap of faith I was very pleased with these folks. I don't do online reviews very often but they deserve five stars. Appreciate the hand-holding through the process it certainly eased my fears.

Ok very knowledgeable on texas renters laws i think there are 2 you cant file a complaint unless you pay your rent and if you paid your rent they don't care about your complaint.

The whole experience with Pauline was so amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She made the whole process very easy for myself and my husband, and also prepared us well for the interview. She was available by phone, text, and email whenever we needed her. Mr Schafer honestly cares about the tenants and our rights. I highly recommend him to anything me having issues with their landlord.

To say Mr Schafer goes above and beyond the call of duty is an understatement. I recieved his correspondence weeks ago but didn't open it until the morning of my court date and he still showed up and showed out for me and my boys allowing us to have a positive outcome that day and hope for our future! Mr. Schafer did an amazing job for my husband & I. He helped us with eviction, keep in mind I was having a panic attack & my anxiety was all over the place till we finally called him to help us with our situation. He did NOT let us down & we thank him soooo much, we VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND him. He is our hero!

Had issues with a really unprofessional manager at the Keller apts with my daughter
Mr Shafer was highly recommend by another realtor attorney and when I explained my daughter situation he immediately responded
