Mr Schaffer was successful in mediating an agreement between (plaintiff) landlord and (defendant)myself, eradicating the necessity of draining the JP of the time and resources required to fulfill a jury led case. I had anticipated spending hours in court. I spent less than an hour at the JP. I don’t want to say Im simply satisfied with the outcome. I am satisfied but I also walk away from a situation, where one party felt they could threaten and bully me into leaving my home, now I have the time and peace of mind to leave on reasonable terms. Knowing that I was not pushed out prematurely and my credit is no longer under attack, is priceless! Mr Schaffer understands tenant and landlord rights. Sir, no matter which you tried to “spin it” we asked what our steps are. And Yes first step he said write a letter send it certificated. And we did exactly what he said. Then we showed attorney exactly what he informed us to do and When we asked if this was a cut and dry case. That’s when the attorney started getting antsy and agitated. I’m assuming bc we wanted to know our money is not being wasted here. Bc We just wanted to make sure we were not throwing our 1750 to a cut and dry case. After this we noticed a change and he started saying he wants to drop us as a client. Simply bc we wanted to know, Which is fine. But we didn’t like the infantile behavior, it was very unprofessional. And glad we didn’t go this route. The attorney didn’t seem to be confident. And we need a stern confident attorney if we are going to pay nearly 2000. Also, THERE ARE OTHER ATTORNEYS IN SAN ANTONIO. Don’t be obligated to go here put up with this. And as a client or soon to be client, personally I wouldn’t give someone my money to someone to treat me like that. Remember sir you work for your clients… thank you and good luck to you

I’ve been fighting my apartment complex now going over 2 years now and they are still trying to force me out. This attorney helped me the first time they tried to evict me and won!
