David Schafer has been my guardian angel. Here's the backstory: I'm a college student at UTSA, living in one of the student apartments near campus. To put it bluntly, it felt like I was living in a nightmare. As a junior, I never imagined experiencing homelessness, but that became my reality. From day one in our apartment, my roommate and I faced numerous issues. We didn't have hot water, forcing me to boil water daily for showers, reminiscent of living in a third-world country. While I could detail the inadequacies of the management in a book, I'll spare the details. The breaking point came when our entire apartment building flooded, affecting 12 people. Importantly, this flood wasn't our fault. Despite the circumstances, we received a one-day notice to vacate our apartment with all our belongings, just one month into our lease. As college students far from family, being uprooted in a single day was emotionally distressing. Despite our plea for reimbursement due to the sudden displacement, the management refused. They expected us to pay the same rate for a 4 x 4 as we did for a 2 x 2, which only added to our frustration. Faced with these unreasonable conditions, my roommate and I decided to terminate the lease and find another place. However, the management adamantly refused our request, going so far as to call us ungrateful. In this tumultuous situation, David Schafer emerged as a godsend. Remarkably understanding, he supported me throughout the ordeal, asking for nothing more than trust. Initially hesitant, I'm grateful that I trusted him because he not only rescued me from the situation but also taught me to stand up for myself and what is right. He is genuinely a good man, and my gratitude towards him knows no bounds.

I must say David is a great man. When my apartment tried doing not so ethical things ; David came to my rescue. Easy and fast response and representation. I was feeling really hopeless and I at the time a full time student barely scraping by but enough to maintain . David had affordable payments that made it possibly to received his help. He also reassured me through the whole process and kept clear communication. If you are in a situation (eviction) this is who you want in your corner. Please I advise that y'all give David Five stars and request a consultation if your on the fence if your next day might be sleeping on the streets and Lord knows these San Antonio streets are cold ❄️🥶. I'm am very grateful for his representation. 10/10!

Imagine, if you will, retirement is around the corner, and you go into your financial institution (with whom your mortgage company is connected)to get your mortgage payoff because you owe less than $600.
