David dealt with our crazy case and stood by us. We had some difficult aspects to our case, David handled it like a champ. We hired him as just our lawyer at first, but the day we went to the interview it was as if we were friends. He really made the stressful day of the interview go smooth. Even though we did not get approved the day of the interview, it was still a good day. He made us so prepared that we got approved the next day at 1:30 am in the morning. Who knew immigration worked that late. Thank you David, you became more than just our lawyer but a friend.

Jeremy Lara at Daspit is new to their LawFirm, but he’s a very competent attorney that knows how to deal with people and get the job done. So, I give him a 5 star rating, but the firm itself took over one year to get the case settled, and I was led to believe that the attorney and doctor fees would come out to a lot less, then they did. Therefore, if you deal with Daspit Law Firm and they tell you not to worry about the doctor fees, because they get a reduction on them on the final bill, then just know that the reduction will not be as good as your led to believe. So, before signing any paperwork get clarification on everything. However, if you do hire Daspit for your case try to get Jeremy Lara, especially if your in the San Antonio Texas area.

Daniel Perez is a outstanding lawyer who is true to his word. Worked hard for my interests. Has empathy for client's suffering. Does not leave you hanging. Answers all emails and texts promptly. I give him a 5 star rating on his professionalism, honesty and integrity.

Overall a solid performance as the Law Firm handling my accident case. Ben Kennedy was great and made every attempt to address any concerns and requests I had. Communication in the beginning was a bit lacking and would have liked the fees charged to be less.
