I can not say enough about Matthew Obermeier. I hired Matthew to settle a family property situation that was not easy. I did not know what I was going to do or did not even know where to start. I tried to get some information on how to handle the situation but realized I needed professional help. My wife looked around and talked to a few attorneys. Then she found Matthew and checked out his website and we both really liked what he had to offer as an attorney for my situation, which by the way he was true to his word. My wife called Matthew and he answered right away and listened attentively to the situation, which she appreciated and an appointment was made at our convenience. We met with him and he made us all feel confident in hiring him, and I was really glad I did. He is quick to get back to you whether text, phone call or e-mail. I was even worried about a situation that came up on a weekend and he text me back right away. He has a lot of wisdom for the situations and listens and suggests the right things to do but always respecting your input too. He did an excellent job for us and I know he will for anyone out there looking for a great attorney to handle your situation. Our situation turned out great, all without even having to go to court or face the other family member. We are very happy we hired Matthew. We would highly recommend him. I recently came into a family disagreement in regards to a property I owned. The issue escalated and I found myself needing to seek legal counseling. I was unfamiliar with everything that was happening. I was referred to Matthew, when I called his office he spoke to me personally at that time. I was stressed and pressing for time. Matthew agreed to meet the next day which happened to be a Saturday. I discussed the situation with Matthew. After I speaking with Matthew I felt comfortable and trusted him helping me with my case. Matthew was very nice, professional, and made me feel he cared. I also felt after speaking with Matthew he had the experience needed to take on this unique but similar case. During the course of my case, Matthew tired many ways to settle the issue without having to go to court. Matthew had to deal with two difficult parties throughout this case. My profession has a difficult and congested schedule especially at this time. Matthew would make arrangements to help work around my schedule in addition he would communicate with me himself. I felt Matthew made time for me. The other party continuously would have issues, example not having legal representation some of the time. Matthew showed respect to the other party and was very professional in every matter. Matthew was straight forward when talking with me about the case, outcomes, etc, (even when Matthew knew I would not like what I was being told) I do not feel he was just there for the money. I let Matthew know I did not want to see this family member unless it was a have to situation. Matthew was able to make this happen, only time I saw this family member was in court. In my situation any outcome was going to end with somebody getting hurt. After the case ended, Matthew went above and beyond to assist me with the last meeting with this family member. Matthew had his assistant meet this family member at my property to reduce the tension and stress that would have occurred if I had to go in person. I was very satisfied and happy I had picked Matthew as my lawyer.

I hired Matthew for a property that I owned and a very complicated situation. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and quickly responded to any e-mails. I highly recommend him to anyone needing an attorney. He is very skilled and has great strategy. I only wish I hired him for a previous incident that I had regarding a rental property.
