Following my accident, I did a quick search and decided to give Crosley Law Firm a call based on other reviews and comments. The attorney assigned to my case was Brennen Jenkins. The staff is very responsive and respectful. They remained very communicative and it was never a struggle to reach out to them when I had questions. They are very knowledgeable about prersonal injury law and how to deal with insurance companies. They made sure that the best doctors and medical professionals were available. Brennen was able to secure me an offer that met my expectation. I appreciate the entire team for their hard work and dedication to my case. I highly recommend you give them a call should you have legal questions about any type of personal injury cases.

They are an awesome group. The first person you encounter when you step into the office is Ruth, she is very very sweet and will help you with any questions you may have. She is very professional with her attire and manners. We have our office across the hallway from them, and Ruth is always available when we are not in to accept our fed ex packages. She also directs any of our patients back to our office when they are lost.

I called the Crosley Law Firm to seek help, I spoke to Priscilla and she answered all the questions I had. (I had a laundry list of questions too) She was very courteous, patient, and helpful. I would recommend this lawfirm in a heartbeat to everyone and anyone. They kept an open line of communication through the entire process - even going to the extent of letting me know that how long the wait would be to hear back from the hospital. As a very untrusting individual by nature I was very at ease with Crosley law firm and their staff. Everyone I met there treated me like family. They constantly kept me up to date with what was going on with my case. If I had questions, which I had many I never got shuffled of to a secretary or a paralegal. If Andy was busy or out of the office which was often as their firm is very busy, if was something that only he could answer he always got back to me the same day unless he was in court, if that happened he would email me. Andy in my opinion did an outstanding job on my case which start to finish was about 33 months,at no time was I ever left in the dark. I was totally shocked at what my case settled at, in p lain English it was so much more than I ever expected and this was due to the diligence of Andy and Tom. On 3 occasions after my case settled some things arose that I thought were settled when the case was done which it should have I stopped by to see Andy and he answered my questions and gave me some direction. At no time on these occasion did he ever tell me they were done when the case settled and this was almost a year after the fact. I still get their news letters in my email.
