I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Herrman & Herrman. From the start, I could never directly speak to my attorney without going through 3 or 4 different people. This lack of direct communication made the entire process frustrating and confusing. To make matters worse, they changed my attorney THREE times without giving me any notice or explanation. Every time I tried to get an update, I had to call them myself because they never reached out to keep me informed about my case. This has been a 4-year process, and throughout that time, all I ever got from them were empty apologies instead of real results. When I called out of frustration to get answers, they often gave me attitude and used the excuse that they’re working on 30 or 40 other cases. It’s clear they don’t prioritize their clients or treat each case with the care it deserves. If you’re looking for a law firm that values communication and delivers results, I recommend looking elsewhere. My experience with Herrman & Herrman was unprofessional, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
