My wife and I have been dealing with Herman & Herman Law Firm for 9 months now, and it has been an absolute nightmare. We’ve had 2-3 different lawyers and case managers assigned to our case, and not once have they bothered to reach out with any updates. We are constantly chasing them down for information. The worst part of this experience has been working with Helen, our case worker, who has been nothing short of rude and completely unhelpful. Instead of doing her job and managing the case, my wife has had to pick up the slack—calling doctors and gathering necessary documents. This should have been handled by the firm, but Helen and her team have failed to do so in a timely or organized manner. The lack of professionalism, the blatant disregard for our time, and the awful communication have made this entire process way more stressful than it needed to be. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of support, and honestly, it's hard to believe that this firm values its clients at all. If you’re considering working with them, be prepared for terrible customer service, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism.

After my own experience using H&H, I can confirm that this firm has very knowledgeable and skilled personal injury attorneys. They'll be able to assist you with any questions you have. If you give them a call, ask for Austin Lopez at H&H! He was so helpful to me and my family throughout the entire process, and if I ever have to use a personal injury law firm again (fingers crossed I don't), I know exactly who I'm calling!
