I'm sorry, thought it was supposed to be a free consultation. Only said what we already knew; that we had to get someone by to check out how serious the damage is or could be in our new home. Then to pay $750. out of pocket, call a person referred for $1700. then another referral for God knows how much. ( Hasn't called me back yet) There should be something in place or someone you can talk to/go to to get help from being victimized by builders/contractors that take advantage of first time home buyers and hold them accountable for their actions or lack of. These people are allowed to do subpar to shady work and get away with it. You've just bought a house that you haven't been in a year yet; where does the money come from to pay a lawyer to get builders/contractors to do what they should have done right the first time. I feel like everyone is just out for the money and not about helping people anymore or even doing the right thing!

This is the worst lawyer you can go to.. he is a scammer.. when you go for your free consultation he will try to get money out of you..

When it comes to family and custody he knows how to fight to get what you want. I was totally happy on how smart on some of the stuff and loop holes. I would have never thought about it. What also makes him great is he also had a personal experience like my own so he knows and puts heart into it. I thank Jesus that he put this great lawyer in my path.

I hired Mr. Grubbs for an HOA dispute, and I was very happy with the outcome. He is straightforward and has reasonable fees. He got the case resolved in very little time. I would recommend him to anyone, especially for HOA related cases.

Horrible experience, they didn’t even read the file before they called me, knew nothing about our situation and yet they sure charged good money to do this... take your money elsewhere
