Friendly staff and attorney was very thorough.

The staff is very knowledgeable and caring/ personable. They assisted me with VA Aide/ Dependance for my parent. I would definitely go to them for any future legal issues.

They made the process of setting up a Trust, Will, and all the other accompanying documents an easy and simple process. An attentive staff who spoke in plain English and showed genuine care towards their client/customer. Highly recommend.

I took my dad to talk with Todd Marquardt to see if he was qualified for any VA Benefits after being told by other people that VA only pays for disabled vets. (My dad is not disabled) Mr. Marquardt informed us that my dad IS eligible for benefits to stay home or go to an assisted living facility. He took us through the process and helped us fill out all the forms to submit. He made the process much less stressfull than it would have been doing it on my own. I recommend the Marquardt Law Firm if you want the best legal care for your parents. After reading the couple negative reviews on this page, I cannot believe we went to the same Law Firm.

My Mom's case finally got resolved thanks to Marquart Law Firm Team. My Mom's case was a difficult case and took a little time but they were there to guide us and help us get it done. Dealing with the government for anything takes longer than normal. Thank you very much for your guidance and help.

My review i will base on their own publicly displayed “Ten commandments of good client relationships developed by the queensland law society of Australia”(pictured) was a client for 6 months. 1: As a client i was the least important person as my calls, texts, visits and emails were ignored for months. 2: As a client i was depending on them and i was abandoned. 3: I was treated and ignored like an interruption 4: when i did the favor of calling, emailing and coming in it. There was no service. 5: I wasn’t treated as a part of anything valuable in this business. Outsiders would have gotten more of a acknowledgement then i did. 6: As a Veteran coming to them, they treated me as the VA treats many of the Veterans. “Feeling and emotions like our own” makes you question the lack of empathy. 7: I wish they would have argued or matched wits as that would have been more conversation then i ever got in months. 8: My wants couldn’t have been met as the drive and enthusiasm to help was not present. 9: Veteran clients i hope are not the main artery as hemorrhagic shock would set in. 10: courteous -adj. Characterized by gracious consideration toward others. attentive -adj. Giving care or attention; watchful: attentive to detail. Just so I’m clear in saying neither was extended for months. The front desk woman was professional and did what she could to help clients, sadly that was the extent of professionalism. When i asked to speak to the lawyer who’s name is on the door none of the “10 commandments”, common curtesy, or bare minimum professionalism ever surfaced. The facade presented or sold at the front door isn’t what really happens. If your a Veteran in need of serious help with the broken VA system this isn’t the place. If you need legal help with VA and the VSO have failed you. Make calls and pick people who care and have the same fire and fight you have.
