Very professional & knowledgeable attorneys and staff. The firm helped our family set up a set of trusts for estate planning as well as form a business entity. Great team of hard workers - relentless in ensuring we understood the legalities and year end timelines for tax saving benefits.

I scheduled a free initial consultation to determine if they were a good fit for my case. The office called an hour before my scheduled consultation to give me a quote for taking on my case. I never had the opportunity to discuss the details with the lawyer or ask questions about how it would be handled.

Todd and his team have been very helpful in 3 areas for my family. He filed for Medicaid Benefits for my mom and handled her probate. His work protected the house for my dad. At the same time he wisely drew up Powers of Attorney, Medical directives, and a will for both my parents, This proved extremely helpful after my dad had his own issues and had to enter Assisted living and nursing homes. Then the guys at Marquardt help us file for Veterans Benefits. My parents didn't make much but were modest savers. Fortunately now they will be able to pass on a little bit to the family because of all the things they were able to do. Since I live in Florida I greatly appreciate their help with these things.
