Our company has many rentals with varying degrees of 'complexity' consisting of ownership, tenant, and lease issues. I can't speak highly enough of Texas Suits. They were extremely responsive, professional, and efficient.
Not only did they straighten out the current situation, estimated to save significant sums of money over 2022, but they forecasted eviction costs and time lines on a new 4 plex purchase that allowed us to confidently evaluate the cash flow and ultimately determine our offering price!
