Working experience with Texas Suits has been a complete pleasure for me. I worked with Mr. Keaton Frieberg and his team for my series LLC formation. I was told that getting an LLC is very doable by myself. But i still decided to hire a professional and i am so glad that i did. Not only they proceeded my application and get me registered very quickly, they also educated me about the whole process. The way they handled my work, i didn't have to worry about a single thing. The proficiency and professionalism of this firm is excellent. Mr. Frieberg is a very knowledgeable and down to earth person who listens to his clients and provides the best advice. He took my every concerns in his account and directed me towards the right direction. Every time i reached out with any questions, Mr. Frieberg always responded back. I have worked with other law firm before, but hands down, this is the best firm i have ever worked with. They treat their clients with utmost respect and care. Working with them was such a bliss. I have worked with Gerrit for quite a while on several legal matters. He is very knowledgeable. Does great work. He did an excellent job preparing for a mediation we did recently. During the mediation excellent negotiator. Helped me make excellent, fast decisions. Presented options and his recommendations. Ultimately it was my call, but I really liked how he presented options to consider and recommendations. I have done other mediations and thought this one was going to last all day. We were done much faster and I walked away very happy. Highly recommended. Conti using to use him on current work and see no reason to go anywhere else. As a side note He also helped me find other lawyers that were outside hus area. Both were awesome too. So hus network is excellent as well which is valuable as folks have lots of different legal areas to cover. Nice guy too.

Allan is the best. He has been there for me for 12 years at least. Do your homework when searching for an attorney to hire. Allan has always answered questions, given me advice and pointed me in the right direction or given references if I needed help. I am a "worry wart" by nature and even the most "ridiculous" things I've asked or needed explanations to understand, he's always been very very patient, never rushed me. I'm comfortable with Mr. Manka, he seems to be able to communicate with individuals on any level. I appreciate Mr. Manka for every word of advice given, even if it was something I didn't want to hear. He won't waste your time & listens to you, which is difficult to find now a days. Patient, communicative & to the point. True boss at heart & in the courtroom! -M

The best part of this place is the staff, other than that, it's old, run down, broken, dirty and the restaurant food is almost inedible. Pool was dirty, jacuzzi was broken, there is no store for anything you might have forgotten. Pool has a swim up bar, that never opened. This was a complete waste of money, please do not waste tou time or money on this old outdated, DIRTY hotel, this is not a resort, it is a beat up holiday inn.

Great attorney, will always recommend him when I hear a friend is in need. Honest , smart and he will fight for you.
