Right before closing on the sale of my home, I encountered a very frustrating issue with my neighborhood HOA that required an attorney. Shann and his team were able to step in, provide expert guidance, and intervene in order to favorably resolve the matter within a very tight timeline. Shann took up the cause of my old HOA trying to collect dues that they were not owed. He provided frequent updates and was always cheerful and encouraging. Thanks to Shann, we closed on time and got money back from the HOA. He doggedly kept after them. Will certainly be using him and his firm in the future for estate planning. If you want a fighter, he is the attorney you want.
