I hired Shann to draft a power of attorney and medical directive. Even in the midst of a pandemic, Shann and his team were fast, professional and affordable. I also regularly refer Shann to many of my clients in need of estate planning services. Shann is the best!

I ran into some pressing issues with a real estate transaction. Within a very tight timeline, Shann and his team were able to step in, provide expert guidance, and intervene in order to favorably resolve the matter, saving me thousands of dollars. I’ll be returning for estate planning services.

Glen was amazing! Very knowledgeable, and Nicole, his secretary, is very helpful and knowledgeable as well. We never had a problem reaching someone at the office, and our questions were always answered promptly.

Without any hesitation I highly recommend the services of Shann Chaudhry Esq. along with his hard working staff. Due to his expertise in real estate matters, I was referred to Mr. Chaudhry by my current estate attorney. As trustee of a deceased relatives estate I encountered several issues one week before closing on some property. Once hired Mr. Chaudhry and his staff went to work! I was informed everyday of the progress he was making and he explained everything in layman's terms. Mr. Chaudhry saved the estate over $150,000.00! I and the other heirs to this estate will be forever grateful to Mr. Chaudhry, he was a godsend!

Shann has been our go-to attorney for both personal and company needs for years. Running a real estate brokerage carries with it a lot of risk and liability and knowing Shann is there at the end of the phone when we have questions (and those times when we need to go further than questions) - it's invaluable to us. Shann has helped bouth us and out clients with real estate and non-real estate needs and is the attorney we refer to our friends, family, agents, and clients. Never afraid to take the time to think through the situation and come up with a "big picture" plan, Shann has delivered time and time again. We honestly can't say enough about him - he's an advisor, a friend, and someone we'd trust with any of our legal needs. If you want the best, look no further.

Would not recommend, he took my money and did Nothing to help my husband and I. As a matter of fact he made matters worst for us. He was totally not in our court. I selected one star only because I had too. In my case he gets 0 stars.

I have hired Shann many times over the years. He is personable and a great listener. He always provided me opportunities to save money and never suggested legal work that was not worthwhile to me. He has always put my family's needs first. Truely a man of great character.
