Ever since Mr. George has started appearing on behalf of me with the DBA-Workers Compensation case due to the unfortunate accident happened while I was working in Afghanistan, I have started to realise that ‘The GOD’ do exist and he uses his fine people (like Mr. George here in my case) as Guardian Angels. It’s very hard to even imagine how worst the case could have been without Mr. George and his firm’s hard work and 24/7 support. Although the case is still open, I have 100% faith in his capabilities and certainly do recommend him for all especially for those who doesn’t know how the compensation process works as a whole.

I highly recommend Mr Escobedo. I called the office asking for Mr. Ecobedo to explain what I need help with, and in less than 10 minutes , I received a call. I was injured in Afghanistan, my case worker stop approving my appointments and medications. After explaining to Mr. Escobedo my situation and signing some paperwork, in two days my appointments and medications were reinstated, also I was able to get some treatment in San Antonio that they could not give me in El Paso , Tx . My settlement was what I was looking for, plus medical. Mr Escobedo was there at any time of day and night, to answer any questions I had. Thank you George Escobedo for all your help.

I feel God put me in George Escobedos hands, after being denied SSDI. I did the online consultation and they started the appeal process helped to get my medical records in order and with in 7 month we had the hearing and won the case. Where can I start? I Have never got injured at work before therefore never looked in to lawyers. This time I got hurt and I got denied medical attention from my employer and so on.... I googled "lawyers injured workers" and they poped up I called and dont regreat at all. I honestly explained my situation and how confused I was and overwhelmed and they took the time to hear every single bit of it and advise me so professionally and so in a perfect timely manner that I cant think of a best place to turn but to them. This can’t possibly be a good law firm!!! I called them and it’s been at least 3 days and no one has returned my call!!! Either that or they work for the company I’m in pursuit of.. Smh... Everyone knows when it comes to lawsuits timing is critical and they didn’t even have the decency to pick the phone up and call me to say yes... no... maybe so... ughhhh... Y’all don't even deserve my 1 star but you have to pick something.

I definitely recommend The Law Offices of George P Escobedo & Associates to everyone that has filed a Workers comp claim. WC laws are very complex and confusing. I tried handling my case on my own. I lost so many benefits & money that I was entitled to simply because I missed deadlines and just didn’t know how to file claims correctly. It was a huge mistake on my part for not hiring a lawyer right away. When I met George & explained my situation he was very straightforward & honest. He said it was going to be difficult to ‘win’ in my situation. (Other attorneys I contacted wouldn’t take the case). I feel George took on my case to help me get what I was entitled to. He had to work fast (& hard) to get me what I was due. I seriously doubt that he made much money from my case. I didn’t hire him until so close to the end that the money to be made was probably lost due to the deadlines I missed. (I’m sure that’s why the other attorneys turned me away). George is a compassionate man. He always made me feel like I was his only client. He responded to my calls, texts, & emails almost immediately. I eventually ‘won’ what we were fighting for. The only reason I got a favorable decision from the judge is all due to Mr Escobedo’s expertise and knowledge of the law!! If anyone is in need of a Workers Comp Attorney, do yourself a favor and HIRE GEORGE P ESCOBEDO IMMEDIATELY!!! You’ll be glad you did. As an injured worker you have a long, hard road ahead of you. Give yourself peace of mind by knowing you’ve got the best of the best on your side. I myself still have a long journey ahead of me and it requires an attorney as well. Mr. Escobedo does not specialize in the area that I need an attorney with now. He was honest and told me I’m better off with a different attorney. I was sad to let George go, but I hired who he recommended because George has proven himself to me and I trust him 100%!! I could never say THANK YOU MR ESCOBEDO enough for him to fully understand how much I appreciate him!!!

Not many attorneys will take on Workers Comp, but these guys will! If youve been given the shaft and are being treated wrong by your provider and doctors, you need to call - ask for Maria, she listens, she cares, and she knows her stuff. Ive just gotten started but in retrospect I wish Id had them the whole time.

Very easy to work with I was injured at work and very confused about how to maneuver the legal system. I did not know how to get my complex case evaluated, and most all, how it would effect me long term. I worked with Ashley on telephone and found her to be very encouraging and reassuring that her team could get my paperwork in order to facilitate an evaluation. There are several medical issues that hinder me from doing these things myself. I have to say the firm and I are off to a great start.
