I would highly recommend Mr. Escobedo for his services. He has worked for my husband quite some time and has always been there to help him though out his injuries. He was prompt to make sure my husband was seen by a Dr. , got his therapy he needed and any other medical issues taken care of . When my husband had questions, Mr. Escobedo returned his phone call day or night. He made us feel like we were family, I had no worries knowing that he was taking care of all of my husbands needs and we had confidence that he would settle at a timely matter and that my husband would be compensated for his injuries that he deserved . This attorney did absolutely nothing and was a waste of time for about 6 months we waited and got the run around and incompetence of case workers who never contact you! Do your research and contact another lawyer who truly cares about you as a client, avoid this one! Well, I called you as requested, and here we sit about two months later AND still nothing done. The switch of doctor was something at your request not ours, you are who advises us, and still to this day nothing, no contact, no answers.

I just wanted to thank Mr. Escobedo for representing me during my litigation against my former employer. His professionalism and knowledge of past cases and research helped me during my hearing. His assistant Karen was also very helpful in assisting with my case. The outcome was a positive one considering the damage to my rotator cuff is one I will have to deal with the rest of my life. once again I would like to thank Mr.Escobedo and his staff for all their help.

I was working in Afghanistan and was sent home by my employer due to a work related injury April 2013. The workers compensation insurance company was very difficult to work with on medical and compensation benefits approve in a timely matter. A couple months later, I finally hired Mr. George P. Escobedo from The Law Offices of George P. Escobedo & Associates, PLLC to represent my case and by far the best decision I have ever made (I wish I would have hired him sooner). A friend of mine referred me to this law firm and George Escobedo came highly regarded and recommended. It began with a chat with an assistant, giving me the time to explain a delicate and sensitive workman's comp case.
