I was honestly nervous to call but my initial conversation with the assistant (female) was very pleasant, she was nice and professional and I immediately felt much more calm. Then she transferred me to Edward Lerner the "C.O.O. of BRCK," i was placed on a brief hold and Edward answers introduces himself and title and immediately starts lecturing me of how come I don't have lawyer yet? I was confused because that was the reason for my call? was to hire a lawyer.. The further into conversation we got the more rude he became. I'm not the professional in law, he is, and that is why I am coming to him. All i could do was report to him what happened, what my citation said, and i was expecting him to tell me what he can do for me. He made me feel stupid and then he just cuts me off and said "I can't help you." I immediately contacted Anthony B Cantrell offices, and they were able to help me, give me time and payment options within 5 minutes... Don't waste your time with this arrogant dude...

Very good attorneys! I had 4 charges and 3 were dropped. The last one I got differed adjudication.
