This law firm advertises 24 hour assistance and legal matters. It was 3:00 am and I couldn’t sleep so I submitted to the online chat feature they have for some legal advice. However, when you submit your request through the online chat you get the option to call or schedule an appointment. I choose to call since they advertise 24 hour service. A young lady answered the phone and took my information and the details of why I was calling. She then placed me on hold while she contacted the attorney. She also stated that if the attorney did not answer to leave a message, in which I would have been fine with. Once the attorney was on the phone he asked what I needed help with. I explained the circumstances and he became totally unprofessional. The attorney was upset that I was asking for help at 3:00 am for what he considered a non-emergency. Then told me he couldn’t help me. Don’t advertise 24 hour if your services are not. Also if your 24 hour service are only for emergencies state so and make sure your people are trained on what those emergencies are. This is horrible business practices.

I am so glad I found BRCK. Jacob literally went above and beyond to help me with my tickets. He answered my questions, and always made time to get back to me. Even months after we thought everything was done; he helped me find a ticket that was wrongfully and incorrectly filed against me, and got it cleared up. I strongly recommend this law firm. Took a lot of weight off my back and kept a lot of money in my pocket. Most places would flaunt their expertise for high rate fees, however that’s not the case with BRCK. Jacob, my attorney, saved me 5k and was able to get my case dismissed for a very convenient fee in last than 2 months! Feels good to be free again.

It's a scam. They probably paid people to leave good reviews. Been working with them for half a year and I feel like I've been throwing my money down the drain. They are not available to help 24/7 like the online hours say, and every time I leave a message it takes weeks for them to get back to me. I just have to call them again! This is truly ridiculous. Look for a better law firm and don't waste your time or money.

Communication is horrible, would call these jokers 5-6 times before they would call me back for an appointment that we scheduled together. Would take hours after our scheduled appointment to get word from them. Took my business elsewhere, I highly recommend you do as well.
