Miscommunication lead to time wasted on my part. When it comes to being told that a client won’t be able to be assisted with the legal matter that’s completely fine. However, due to miscommunication on their side, I was not informed that my particular situation did not fall under their jurisdiction until an hour later. This was after waiting to hear back to schedule a consultation, which I was not informed that they had already made note that I could not be helped by them for traffic violations that did not include DUI/DWI. Overall, the customer service was courteous, Which is why I could not give lower than three stars. However, I do not appreciate my personal time being wasted to take care of legal matters that affect my financial situation.
